"Even us Yanks bring our cars to Dwayne.
Some years ago I was at my cottage when my 01 Firebird was running like fecal matter. Dwayne’s put it on two different gazillion dollar scope’s, both engine analysis said the ignition system was OK.
Dwayne scratched his head, in deep thought, not dandruff, got in my car and revved it up listening. He hopped out and said the no.2 coil had to be bad even though the gazillion dollar analyzers said otherwise. He got on the phone had a coil there in 20 minutes put the coil on and the Firebird was breathing fire again. Dwayne’s ear & knowledge out shined the high tech engine analyzers.
I will drive from the Detroit area to my cottage to let Dwayne work on my cars because I know he’s not going to fix things that are unnecessary like they will do in the States."

"Dwayne went out of his way to pick me up at home to have my car serviced, but I beat him to the punch by driving myself to the shop in my broken down Old’s 88,when he got back to the shop he said he just came from my house. And then he looked at my car from underneath and said OH NO it doesn’t look good ! Then I didn’t hear from him for 4 days. As it turns out he went to the auto wrecker’s and spent 2.5 hours wandering around in the pouring rain looking for the part’s for my car and he eventually found what he was looking for !!!!! No auto repairman would go to this extreme to satisfy a customer !!! He returned my car in perfect working order, warmed up and everything! Customer Service like this does not exist anywhere in Canada, that I know of !!!
His people skills and ultimate customer service go above and beyond, and I’m sure I’m not the only one that feel’s this way!!!!!!!!

"I had a reocuring problem after having my van serviced and although it was no fault of the previous service Dwayne took it upon himself to get to the root of the problem. The result was greater than my expectations and my van now runs like it did when it was a new vehicle. There were no additional charges. Customer satisfaction is practiced at Dwayne’s not preached. You just don’t get better service anywhere. Thanks Dwayne"
